Happy early birthday Sean…

Tomorrow is our first grand child’s 26th birthday and I’m praying it will be his best one yet.  Sean…Clark’s oldest… is in the army, stationed in Missouri, and doing very well.  Happy Birthday Sean…love you and miss getting to be with you.

Today our sweet granddaughter Madi…Melissa’s youngest…is having her tonsils and adenoids removed.  I’m praying she’ll have a very speedy recovery and feel lots better very soon.

Tomorrow George and I will head to Nashville…via Louisville so we can see Madi…to spend the afternoon and night with Lawrence, Linda, and Buddy.  Friday we’ll be with Linda and Jim, and then on Saturday morning we’ll head to Alabama to see George’s Aunt Imogene and Jerry before we attend his 50th high school reunion that night.  We’ll be headed back home after church on Sunday so it will be a full couple of days.  Then on Wednesday of that week we will get Kyle, Tyler, and Madi…Ryan will be at a ROTC camp…while Melissa and Byron go away to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in Gatlinburg, TN.  We’re excited about all the events and know we’ll have fun at each one.

Clark and Vanessa got home safely late last night…spent several hours in Louisville with Branden.  We are praying hard that their home in Burlington will sell quickly and they can get moved to WI before the cold winter sets in.  Clark works hard but seems to enjoy what he does and that’s a blessing.

We’re also praying that Mom and Dad will be able to sell their home quickly so they too can get settled before to much longer.  These in between stages of moving are the pits.

Hopefully we’ll have the “blue house” completely done in just a couple more weeks.  We’d love to find a renter for the Equestrian events coming up the end of August, but getting it totally furnished may take a while since we’re doing it on a “Budget”.  Oh well, it’ll be done when we get it done and we’ll all shout HURRAY!

Got another full day so guess I’d better get off of here.  Pray for Madi, please!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SEAN!!!

Blessings………
