Today is the 12th birthday of our sweet granddaughter, Meredith Page Crockett. She’s quite the girl and keeps us all on our toes. She’s an excellent student, talented dancer, equestrian, and, in fact, a terrific girl and a lover of ALL animals. We’re going to go have sushi for her birthday meal and I haven’t met many preteens that would pick that for their favorite meal. She started middle school this year and I know there will be lots of exciting things for her to experience while there. HAPPY BIRTHDAY MEREDITH. You are loved, valued, and appreciate by all.
The last couple of days have been not so good for my dad. He had some sort of “spell” while out on the golf course Thursday morning and had to be taken to the ER. After numerous test, an over night stay, he got to come home yesterday evening. He was being OVER MEDICATED! That really concerns me as I feel his doctor should have been aware of all he’s taking. Oh well, let’s pray he’s really on the mend, the meds are correct, and he’ll be back on the course very soon. Glad you’re better, Dad.
We, rather George, have pictures of the “blue house” posted on the web. If you’d like to see them go to www.pleasantviewhouse.com and click on photo’s. It really is cute, smells good, and is a very comfortable house. We are very proud of all our hard work and now to get some short term renters lined up.
We’ve got nothing planned for this holiday weekend and that’s alright with me. ..I’m frankly enjoying these days of not having much to do. I’ve been catching up on my knitting the last few days and now have hopes of having this sweater finished by the time I’ll be needing it. For those that are celebrating the holiday…have fun, stay safe, and get some rest as the work week will soon be back!
Again…Happy Birthday Meredith…continue to get better and stronger Dad. Love to all reading this.
Blessings…….
