What an absolutely gorgeous fall day to enjoy all the Halloween events with all the adults and children here in Wilmore. The sun is bright and it’ll be in the 60’s by the time the events on Main Street begin…sure beats what we had last year as it was a very cold / wet day. Happy Halloween Everyone! Hope you get lots of treats.
This morning we got to go watch Meredith run cross country in the state finals. There were hundreds…if not thousands…of people there to both watch and participate! Meredith wasn’t first but she did very well for her first year and was second among her teammates.  Congratulations Meredith! We are ALL so proud of you and all the hard work you have done. She truly is her mother’s daughter…they both LOVE to run.
Jim, Jr. got “the call” and left out sometime during the early morning hours…George nor I heard him…and we sure enjoyed our time with him. He’s really very easy to have around as he doesn’t expect much and is pleased with whatever I feed him. Thanks for coming, Jimbo, and we hope you’ll be able to come back before you finally go to Alaska. You will always be welcome.
