Mom and Dad are in the “final stretch” of getting ready to move. Lawrence, Linda, and Buddy will be arriving there tonight, I think, and will be helping with all the final sorting, packing, and donating. Linda Joyce arrives Wednesday to help with the actual move and the process of getting them set-up again will begin. I will get there on that Saturday (13th) to finish with the unpacking, set up, and final sale of all items not being used. Of course, Lorin will get to enjoy each and every stage of this move! Jerre has been there a couple of times too, so it’s been a family affair! We’re all anxious for it to be over with and the folks are once more settled. This has been difficult for them, to say the least, but they really have handled most of it quite well.
I think we must have missed fall this year here in central KY. We went from blazing hot days, to a few beautiful “fall-ish” days, and now they are predicting some snow flurries for tonight. Now there’s just something wrong with snow flurries before Thanksgiving! The weather man said this will get us in the mood for winter. Like I said on Face Book…I’ll be in a mood alright, but it won’t be for winter! I do NOT like snow…period! Oh well, just five months until spring will be back.
Time to go for our daily walk. Have a great day.
Blessings………
