Today is going to be a day of happiness. First…Happy Birthday to our grandson Chase Ezell. Chase is currently attending the police academy for the Brentwood, TN police department and I know he’ll make a fine officer. Chase is a good looking man with charm just oozing out of his pores and I pray he’ll have a good birthday and another year of life. Love you Chase.
Secondly…Happy Super Bowl day and may your favorite team come out on top. My favorite teams hit bottom some time back but I will probably cheer for the Steelers.
The third happy is that we did NOT get any snow yesterday…only some rain…along with lots of wind and bitter cold temperatures. I heard there’s a chance of some snow later this week, but I’ve decided it’s just some more scare tactics. Spring is coming!!! I sure hope it will hurry up ’cause the ground hog said it would be early.
This past week has been a hard week for my parents. Two of their very dearest friends went to be with the Lord and that’s both a sad and happy event. Earl West and Leonard Waggoner have been friends for over 70 +/- years. Both of these men were godly men and certainly ready to be with the Lord. Love you Mom and Dad!
Time to get myself ready to go to worship. Have a great week of happiness, good health, and safety…..
Blessings………
