Today has been another day of packing, etc. but we did take time out to have a friend in for lunch. She’s our financial advisor and we have grown to love her. Thanks Tracy for all you do to help keep our heads above water!
George got the garage all boxed up, cleaned out, and that was a major job. I’ve about got most of the kitchen done, but still have the laundry room and our closet to pack. I’ll do those when we get back from Memphis and St. Louis.  This will end the packing that has gone on forever.  Now I get to look forward to the unpacking of all this stuff and try and find where to put it. We have less room in our new house so I may have to have another “treasure” sale once we get there. Another joyful event to look forward to!
Tanya will be moved tomorrow and she isn’t boxing anything since it’s less than a mile from each house. Now that’s the way to move! Â
We’re meeting friends for dinner and really looking forward to being with Gary and Dianne. They are really special friends and I know we will stay connected with them since Lexington has one of their favorite restaurants and Louisville doesn’t.Â
We’re doing well, still talking to each other, and surviving this move quite well. Have a great weekend and I’ll try and blog while we’re gone, but not sure I will take the time to do so. I will write a brief note once I’m home to fill you in on our trip.
