Spring is coming, the early spring flowers are popping up, and some of the trees / bushes are beginning to bud. All I can say is…Thank you, Lord, for the change of seasons. Winter was brutal this year and whatever we’re blessed with for our spring will be a welcome relief. We’ll have more cold days to get through but, it won’t be as bad or as long…hopefully.
Not much happening around here so there’s really nothing to write about. We do every week just like the previous week; so, I think you might say we are “boring”. I have my three lessons prepared for the OCC ladies retreat next week end and I pray that only God will be honored by what I’ve prepared. Please keep praying!
George’s incision is healing nicely and now to get the nerves awake so he can lift that left eyebrow…otherwise, I guess he’ll look cockeyed when he raises his right eyebrow only. He’s still cute to me so I’ll keep him regardless.
Guess that’s about it. George and I have gotten back into walking and that’s a good thing. He’s more dedicated than I am and will walk on the “dreadful” treadmill when we can’t get outside, but not me. I’ll crochet or knit for my exercise! I do enjoy our outside walk and getting to see spring coming back to life. Our little town was very sleepy this morning and absolutely nothing going on. Not much goes on anyway, but today there was only one car downtown…of course it’s only one block long…but that was rare.
Have a good weekend and thank God that spring is finally “sprunging”.
Blessings….
