As I mentioned in my last post…June has sure flown by and I’m wondering just what all was completed while it was flying by? We had a few birthdays this month…Linda Lou, Buddy, Michael, Victoria, and Daniel…and July is going to have several also. Of course, with a family our size, there’s always a birthday, or two, to celebrate on any given month…some months are just more “happy” than others. I also finished painting our fence in the back and was so happy to get that hateful job done…almost did a happy dance but I was to tired and I don’t know how to dance! We spent father’s day with the Gabehart’s in Louisville, celebrated our 49th anniversary in Cincinnati, visited the dentist for our “good” bi-annual visit, enjoyed several little league baseball games, and piddled the rest of the time away, I guess. We can always throw in the mix of keeping up the “blue house” since we had it rented for 9 days this month…already have 18 for next month…so we’re pleased with the “blue house”.  We had a week of extremely hot temperatures for our area and a couple of weeks of very nice weather. Therefore, all in all, June was a good month and I’m looking forward to July.
Today we are suppose to go to Grayson’s All Star ballgames (3) in Lancaster…about a hours drive from here…but they are currently being delayed due to the rain…may not get them played at all if the radar is right. He’s such a serious player and he can tell you all about any professional team, or player, and he still wants to grow up to be a pro himself. If fact, Kyle, Tyler, and Blake are all good baseball players and it’s fun watching them play….none of the other boys are currently playing ball. Madi is learning all about volleyball and Meredith is all about dance.  Not a one of these kids let any grass grow under their feet or the feet of their parents. All the adult grand-kids are busy living their lives and we have little contact with them but know they are all doing well per their parents.
Guess I’d better get myself ready for church. Have a great day and may this week be full of God’s grace and blessings. Can’t wait to see what all the Lord has prepared for me! Love you all!
Blessings….
