Tyler is slowly improving but continues to have issues with his pain medicine. Yesterday he was given something to take about an hour before time for his pain meds to help with the stomach issues. He’s been almost complaint free, eating well…guess so he’ll have something to throw up…and resting well. I would call him an ideal patient! He’s hoping to go home with us on Wednesday, but that’s still to be determined.
Yesterday I went to OCC for church and got to see a lot of OLD friends and that was fun. It makes me sad to see how that congregation is on a downhill spiral with no improvement in sight. I doubt there was much over 200 in services and we use to be close to 400. Still a lot of good people there but they certainly seem to be lacking something. I pray for God’s spirit to return and that the traditions be broken so God can work among his children. Otherwise, they will continue to be a dead church!
George…and the plumber…continue to work on creating our second bathroom while I’m here with the Gabehart’s. I’ll go home on Wednesday and will get to see the fruits of their labors. I’ll be glad when it’s completed so we can start yet another project before we head to Florida on December 19th.
