Yesterday…George went over board to make my birthday special again this year. He gave me a gift card for a full body massage and a IPad that is the envy of many…and he’s not finished yet. He’s planned a BIG Open House birthday celebration tomorrow night and if everyone comes that he’s invited we won’t be able to move in here. Thank you George for loving me and treating me like a Queen.
We enjoyed a really nice meal last night at a very nice Italian restaurant that has gluten free pasta available. Having Celiac is the pits, but many restaurants are becoming aware of people eating gluten free…some by choice and some for health reasons…and are accommodating us so it’s getting easier to eat out and feel OK about doing so.
This has been a week of birthday for our family…Monday = Chase (Carter’s oldest son)…Tuesday = Tyler (Melissa’s third son)…yesterday was my birthday…today is Marjorie’s birthday (George’s brother’s wife and our sister-in-law)…and on Sunday Turner and Neyland will turn two. We’ll celebrate the twins birthday on the 19th and I can’t wait to see them. Two is such a fun…and BUSY age…and we want to do our best to spoil them just a little.
Marjorie have a very happy birthday today and do something fun to celebrate. Getting “older” is not all bad when you have decent health and a family around that loves you.
Praying everyone will have a great day today. We’re finally having winter in our area…COLD temperatures and a little more snow is predicted for us tomorrow… not suppose to accumulate much, however. I hope we don’t even see one flake but I really don’t get everything I want every day! Spring is getting closer, thankfully. All the spring flowers are coming up due to the warm days we’ve had up until now so not real sure they’ll like this cold but time will tell. God’s in control so I have no worries!!!
