For all my friends and family members…it was 83 today and we both enjoyed getting out in the Florida sunshine. George went for a bike ride and I walked. After about 40 minutes, I came back to the house…I WAS BURNING UP AND MY FACE WAS RED AS A BEET! It’s been a while since I’ve walked and especially in that much heat. I’ll do better tomorrow…maybe. It’s suppose to be cool the next couple of days, only in the 50’s tomorrow, but that’s still warmer than we were having when we left Kentucky.
George and I went out to dinner to night and I had some delicious broiled scallops and George had oysters. We both thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it’s been a long time since we’ve had scallops/oysters this good. Oh the joys of being by the sea!
