Today we honor our sweet Madi as she celebrates her 11th birthday…she’s Melissa and Byron’s #4 child and only daughter. Madi is one of a kind and knows just what she wants, or needs, to do on most any given situation. She’s a gifted artist, excellent student, plays the violin, and a very attentive care giver to “Gracie”…a stray cat that adopted her…and just a all-around sweet girl. Happy Birthday, Madi, and we’ll be thinking of you throughout the day even though we’re in Texas. Love you bunches and hope you’ll enjoy your birthday gift I left with your Mama.
We are currently in Dallas visiting Carter and Lori and enjoying some of the sights of downtown Dallas. They live within walking distance of the Farmers Market and we’ve been there twice already…lunch yesterday and fresh grapefruit for this morning. YUMMY!!!  Carter and Lori have a lovely, new, townhouse and they both are busy, busy people. We’re going to meet Jerre and Rita for lunch today and not sure what we’ll be doing after that but I do feel some 42 will be worked in eventually…Lori wants to learn the game. We’re going to see the Rangers play ball on Sunday evening and we’re really excited about that. Our grandsons in KY are so jealous but there are some advantages of being retired. Should be fun just getting to go but we’re sure hoping they win!
Have a great weekend celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior. We are all blessed beyond measure and we need to always be thankful for God’s saving grace. Love to all
Again….HAPPY, HAPPY BIRTHDAY SWEET MADI!!!
Blessings……..
