We have been waiting to celebrate this day for a year and it’s finally here…HAPPY 93rd BIRTHDAY, DADDY! I really can’t imagine being this age but I am so thankful for you, your health, and your love for God and family. I pray that this year will be a good one for you and you’ll continue to have more good days vs. bad days. Enjoy celebrating with family and friends today! I love you and proud to say you’re my Dad.
Winter has returned to the bluegrass state and that is not a good thing. It’s currently only 36 degrees and my flowers are not liking this…nor am I…at all. I know this won’t last long but I sure like the warmth over the chill. Now if I lived in Texas, I’d be warm. I see on the weather pages that it’s suppose to be around 100 +/- today in Abilene. That’s a little to warm for April and makes one concerned what July and August will be like…a repeat of last year? I pray not since they had close to 50 straight days of being over 100 and nothing grows in that heat.
No news so guess I’ll start my day by doing laundry and chasing even more dust bunnies from under the beds. Again, Happy Birthday, Daddy and may you be blessed with even more.
