We spent the better part of today shopping in some really quaint shops in Lake Geneva, WI…so much better than any crowded mall…and to say the weather was brisk is putting it mild. Â We were right on the lake and the wind gust were between 20 – 40 mph and it was a balmy 33*. Â Regardless of the wind and cold, we had a great time, looked at lots of cute items, but I only bought something for our neighbor back in Wilmore that’s getting married next month. Â I did see a $5000.00 beaver jacket I liked but felt it was just a touch too pricey for our retired budget…lol. Â Can’t wait to see what’s planned for our entertainment tomorrow! Â Clark and Vanessa are great at hosting us and we are most appreciative.
Guess that’s about all for now. Â Thanksgiving has come, and gone, but we will be wearing the effects of all the good food we’ve eaten for awhile while we get ready for Christmas! Â Don’t ya just love the holidays? Â Love to all!
