What a fun time we had yesterday with the twins and seeing all that Santa, along with family, gave them for Christmas.  All I can say is WOW!!!  They are still in “toy overload” mode  but they are enjoying all of it….but in short increments.  Last night ALL of Allison’s family was here for dinner and it was great seeing them again and what a fabulous meal we enjoyed…Allison and Scott really out did themselves this year.  We’ll enjoy left overs today but Scott and Allison will enjoy left overs for days!!!
The boys are so cute and I have had many laughs at some of the things they do or say. Â Such as…yesterday one of them came up to Scott and said he wanted to go potty. Â Scott replied “you need to potty”? Â And the response was, “I DID”. Â I’m still laughing and thought the response was priceless! Â They are such exceptionally good, well behaved, two year olds and such a blessing to us all. Â I’m so thankful for the joy of grand children.
We will head for home in the morning and we’re praying the roads will be clear and our travel will be safe…quite a storm came through this part of our country last night. Â Snow is pretty but I could sure do without it!
We currently have guest at the “blue house”, from Corpus Christi, and they requested snow while in Kentucky since they never get any at home. Â So I guess we can say we do all we can to accommodate our guest!
Happy New Year to all! Â Now get busy at putting away all your Christmas decorations! Â Spring will be here soon.
I’ll be back on here once we get back home, get the laundry done, and caught up with all the usual Suzy-homemaker jobs. Â Sending love to all reading this!
Blessings……
