Today we celebrate the birthday of Chase….Carter’s first son…and what a fine young man he is! He is a police officer for the Brentwood, TN police department, handsome to a fault, and works out daily so he’s a real BUFF. Happy, happy birthday Chase and may this be a wonderful year for you. Love you….even though you never read my blog I want the world to know we celebrate you and your life.
We have finally gotten a tiny break from the bitter cold of the last few weeks and for that we are thankful. I am so anxious for spring to arrive and according to our friendly ground hog, it should be early! I love planting the spring flowers and seeing the beauty of the plants come back to life.
I continue to heal and I’m so ready to be pain free. My pain has gotten a lot better and it’s now more of a constant ache vs. pain but it still wears me out. I am doing all the required exercises three times each day…will increase them by +5 starting today…and a couple of them will still bring me to my knees. These exercises are to get my mobility back and next month with be to strengthen my arm and those exercises have to be better than these….at lease I’m hoping they are. Still using ice packs through out the day, and night, and that seems to help and gives me some relief. What a whiner I’ve become!!!
Speaking of exercises…guess I’d better get to doing mine. Have a great, and happy, birthday Chase and enjoy celebrating your day. Love to all.
Blessings……
