More birthdays….

This is the week we get to celebrate the lives of Linda Lou, Buddy, and Michael.  Linda is my sister-in-law while Buddy and Michael are nephews.  All three are a joy to be around and I am so thankful they are each a part of my life.  Happy birthday to you all on your special days!  Love each one of you.

Father’s day Sunday was a good day of worship, rest, relaxing, and then ending with a dinner at the Chinese restaurant with the Crockett’s.  Each day is a good day once you reach our age!  Glad for all the fathers in my life and appreciate all they do for each of their families.

Not much happening in central KY right now…rainy today but that’s OK as we could use a little soaking rain.  We were glad to hear that Abilene got a heavy rain yesterday and know they could use a lot more but thankful for what they got…a drought is not a good thing!

There’s really nothing of interest to write about so guess I’ll close for now.  We praise God for the slow, but continual healing process, of Jim’s brother, Ronnie.  We know he’s still got a long road ahead of him, but progress is being made.  My shoulder is about 90% back to normal…except for the behind the back movements…but how much do I keep my arm up and behind my back?  I’ll keep exercising it and I’ll accept what it ends up.  I can now do most anything I could do before and have no problems knitting or crocheting so I’m declaring I’M HEALED!!!

Have a good day and we will attempt to do the same.  Love to you all.

Blessings………..
