We  went to Louisville yesterday afternoon to spend some time with all the Gabehart’s and that was a really fun time.  All the kids are growing up far to fast, but are so much fun to interact with.  Melissa fixed a really good meal…Mexican mess…and even made a really good, glutin free, dessert.  Since it’s easier for the two of us to go there for a quick visit…vs. the six of them trying to come to Wilmore…we plan to do that again before long.  I don’t expect a fancy meal each time, but that will sure be a plus!
We are getting ready for the artic blast that’s expected to arrive tomorrow and praying the snow will never find its way here. Â Of course, there is no accumulation expected, but it’s still snow and that means…cold, slush, slippery walks, Â etc.
Not much happening here but did want to say that Linda Lou has done really well with her recent back surgeery. Â Once the incision heals, we are praying she’s going to be pain free and that the surgery was a complete success. Â Dad is still struggling to regain his strength but we’ll keep praying about that. Â He really needs to eat more, walk daily, and get that blood pressure up before that will happen. Â Love you, Dad, now up and at ’em!
Got to get busy cleaning our dusty house before we head over to work at the “blue house”. Â Have a great week and we’ll look forward to hearing about the Crockett’s adventures in the Dominican Republic. Â Should be interesting. Â Love to all.
Blessings……
