Happy Easter! I am so thankful we serve a risen Savior and will see our loved ones again some day.
We left Abilene yesterday morning (Saturday) and thought we’d drive to Jackson, TN but George suddenly got the “Lawrence” syndrome and we drove all the way to Carter and Lori’s in Franklin, TN…over 14 hours. To say I was tired of riding is putting it mildly and my back is telling me today that that was a rather foolish thing to do. This to shall pass but I never want to do that long a ride again!!! EVER!!!
We’ll be going to church this morning and then head for home. It will be good to be home and to stay there awhile. This year so far has had lots of travel…five trips to Texas and one to Florida and it’s only April.
I’ll be back once we get home and back in our grove. It’s a beautiful day and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Thank you God for loving us like you do.
