Yesterday our grandson Chase celebrated his birthday. He’s currently serving in the US Army and in training for the special forces. He loves adventure, is a handsome man, and keeps his daddy proud. Happy birthday, Chase, and may you have a great year. Love you!
Today we celebrate grandson Tyler as he turns fifteen. Tyler is also a very handsome young man, extremely talented as a self taught pianist, excellent student, and outstanding baseball player. May this continue to be a good year for him as he continues to excel in all he attempts. Happy Birthday and love you much!
Tomorrow I will be turning OLDER and that doesn’t seem possible. I don’t care what anyone says…when you get my age you are OLD!!! Then on the 9th, we celebrate George’s sister-in-laws birthday so we get to be happy for most of the week while celebrating a family member and their special day. Happy, happy, happy to everyone!
It’s a beautiful day here today…although cool this morning (47)…but should be a good day to go to the beach for a few hours this afternoon….along with hundreds of other people. It has been cooler than normal here this year but it’s been bearable the entire time…especially when we check what it’s like at home. Our time is going by quickly so we better be enjoying the beach as much as possible.
Tonight we have tickets to go see “The Piano Guys” in concert…thank you Melissa and Byron…and we’re looking forward to that. It should be a good show and we know we’ll love being there…more on this later.
