It seems as though we can’t get the rain to stop and we’ve been told we have a lot more coming in tonight…even strong, ugly storms. I know God is blessing us with all of this, but it would be nice if some of the rain would wait and show up in July and August. Thankfully, we have had no damage from it so we have no reason to complain.
Madi and Tyler…maybe Kyle, too…are coming today to spend some time with us and we are so thrilled they are coming. With Tyler’s baseball schedules, it’s hard for him to get away…a good thing from all this rain equals cancelled tournaments!!! Kyle is working and also completing his certificate to be a life guard this summer so it’s a hard time for him, too, to leave town. Of course, Madi is always ready to do most anything! Not sure just what we’ll do, but I do know that no new grass will grow under our feet while they are here.
Have a good rest-of-the-week and know we will be, too. Sunday will be the one year anniversary of daddy’s death and I have missed him so much but still thankful he’s no longer lonely and sad. Love to all!
