Sunny and warm….

We arrived safely to our Florida place we’ll be calling home for the next couple of months and what a beautiful day it was.  It was a balmy 88 degrees, the sun was shining ever so brightly, and it was fantastic to be here and out of all that crazy snow-bird traffic.  We have now gotten all our stuff unpacked, been to the grocery so there’s no danger of going hungry, and we are ready to just chill until time for bed.

Should any of you want to call me, don’t until we get my phone set up to work wireless.  My AT&T phone can’t get a single at our place but you can text me and I’ll get that on my iPad.  Otherwise, when I’m out and about, or at a place where my phone will connect I will call you back.  This should be fixed in a day, or so.

We had so much fun with Scott, Allison, Turner, and Neyland.  The boys were so excited with all the magic of Christmas and got LOTS of stuff … So guess they’ve been good all the time ’cause they sure racked up!

I’ll write more later this week but for now, I’m tired and can’t think of anything to tell anyone.  We do pray that the people that have been affected by the recent tornadoes in both Mississippi and Alabama, and now Texas, know that we are praying for them and the loss they have suffered…both in property and lives.  We saw some of the damage that happen in Mississippi as we were headed this way.  Trees uprooted, or ripped to pieces, all the big highway signs bent in two or tossed into a tangled mess, and that was just a small section.  Such strange weather for many this year.  So much sadness and destruction.

Have a great week and let’s all pray that 2016 will be a year of peace.  Love to you all.

Blessings….
