We finally arrived back home last night around 8 p.m. We had a wonderful week at the beach and we couldn’t have had better weather. There were a couple of days where the wind was expressing itself a little to much, but the free body exfoliations were not bad. Thanks again to Carter and Lori for making this all happen.
On the way down we got to see George’s cousin, Jerry, and his sweet wife, Margaret, and they are both doing well and enjoying their remodeled kitchen. It’s beautiful and gives them so much more room for the many family functions they have. We also got to spend a little time with Jerod, Linda, Jim, Lawrence, Linda Lou, and Buddy. They are all doing well EXCEPT for Linda Lou…she’ll be having surgery AGAIN on the 26th on her right foot…which will meant that the next three months she’ll be on a NO WEIGHT BEARING RESTRICTIONS life style…so let’s all pray hard that the surgery will work this time.
Today is a big laundry day as I did zero laundry while at the beach…since we were on vacation…and, also, guest left the “blue house” yesterday so I’m also blessed to do all those sheets and towels. I really am thankful that we have all these things that need washing and laundry really isn’t a big deal for me…never has been and I’ve done tons throughout my life.
