Oh what a beautiful day in my old Kentucky home. We couldn’t ask for a more beautiful day and I am so very thankful. We have rain coming in tomorrow and, of course, the temperatures are suppose to drop because it’s the weekend! We have had a very unusual May so far but I feel sure it will continue to improve.
Jerod is home from LU and Kyle will be home from WKU tomorrow (Thursday) and they both excelled in the classroom. The Crockett’s have started this week with a bag once Jerod arrived home…Meredith has had a terrible stomach virus, Tanya is in Nashville working on her PHD at Vandy, and Grayson has broken his hand. Grayson is really bummed as he can do ZERO activity for the next week and I’m not sure that boy can go a week and do nothing. Should he injure his hand more he’s been told the next step is surgery. YIKES! We sure don’t like that option.
My foot is still bothering me and it’s been 10 days since I hurt it. I just may break down and go get it checked out yet. Not sure anything could be done since I’ve stuck it out this long. Any suggestions?
Baseball is in full swing and this weekend will be a busy one with Tyler being in a tournament in Lexington this weekend, and Blake playing twice a day, too. Throw Meredith in the mix with prom and the Gabeharts here for the tournament so we’re expecting a busy, but very fun, weekend.
