Generally by June 20th we’re praying for rain. Currently, we’re praying for the rain to go away. The poor farmers are sure having a difficult time with their crops and that will affect us all. We saw a picture of Clark’s garden yesterday…sad, just sad. Not really sure what happen to it but I do think it looked as though it had drown. Better luck next year.
This month has just been flying by, as most seen to do now. We’ve had some dear friends visit for a few days while being back in the USA and that was fun. They are an amazing family and they are bringing the love of Jesus to the muslim world in a mighty way. May God continue to give them peace, good health, and a deeper commitment as they continue on.
Sunday we got to celebrate Linda Lou getting another year older…even if I didn’t call until the next day. Today we celebrate Buddy and Michael getting older. The years go by so fast it’s hard to keep up with the actual ages but I know they all have A LOT of years accumulated. Love to each and hope all birthdays were great and honored.
We heard this week that we will be great-grandparents again to a little boy arriving in November. Chance and Emily…we couldn’t be more excited for you and I know Jackson will be a great “big” brother. I really doubt anyone was surprised it would be a boy since he’s an Ezell. A little girl would be sweet so let’s hope for her on the next go around.
Guess that’s about it for now. Not much happening since the “blue house” is booked, the rain continues outside, the house is cleaned, and a good book is calling. Have a great rest-of-the-week. Love to you all.
Blessings……
