Well, Thanksgiving is over, we’ve all been well fed, and most are headed for home or are already there. We had a great time and it was so good being with both our family and Allison’s family….25 were here for dinner. We’ll be heading for home in the morning…hopefully Scott and Allison can get some rest before the busy work week starts back up on Monday morning. They have been most gracious and we’ll see if they will be brave enough to tackle this event again…it is a lot of work and endless preparation, but one that was well executed. Thanks for all your hard work!
Now we’ll have to get serious about getting ready for Christmas. We’ll be having our family Christmas on the 27th…much later this year…and we’re already looking forward to that. We’re sorry to say that Carter and Clark will NOT be able to attend because of other things going on, but we’ll survive without them I’m sure. With a family our size it will always be difficult to get everyone together at the same time.Â
Nothing else to write about so I’ll run for now. Have a good weekend and hope all of you reading this enjoyed “Black Friday”. We sure did…by staying away from all malls, etc!
