We were able to go to Louisville this afternoon to enjoy Ryan’s 14th birthday dinner. And what a dinner that was…bar-b-que ribs, baked potatoes, green beans, garlic bread! Yummy!!!!!!!! Ryan selected homemade blackberry cobbler…a first for Melissa…for his birthday cake and it was a big hit along with a scoop or two of ice cream. We’re glad we were able to celebrate with him because we know it won’t be long before he’ll be grown and gone.
Tomorrow we’ll enjoy celebrating Jesus’s birthday along with the arrival of Santa and whatever is in his bag of goodies. This is a very special time for the kids and we love watching the excitement. Also, many happy memories will again be made.
