We got up this morning to rain, fog, and wind. It didn’t take long for it to change into cloudy and somewhat windy…it’s currently windy, very sunny, and an absolutely beautiful day. My heart hurts for all those experiencing the ice and snow across our nation. George just talked with Daniel who had talked to a guy doing some repair work in my washroom and he said we had lots of limbs down in the back yard but nothing had hit the house or the carriage house. One did land on the kids trampoline that was in the back yard. Let’s hope it’s not ruined because they love jumping on it. Daniel is going over and check it out when he can do so.  The Crockett’s had one of their Bradford Pear trees split and the top of their magnolia tree split off due to the ice. That will be a nice job to return home to. The trees in our back are really tall and the branches can sure make a mess when they break off. Oh well, we’ll cross that bridge in March.
