Madi’s graduation was sweet and she looked so precious. All the kids, and there were MANY, did very well and they were so proud of “graduation” and heading to first grade. Congratulations Madison!
Our care group dinner was excellent. Like I said, we have some wonderful cooks in our group and we all benefit from it. We had 18 for dinner and then we just visited and enjoyed being together. I’m thankful for friends and for the bond of Jesus that links us all together.
Another cool but sunny day in Kentucky. Not much planned for today but tomorrow is full. After church we are having a mission meal, bridal shower, classes in the evening, and then our small group will meet at 7 pm. We always look forward to our small group study and seeing the joy the group has for wanting to know Jesus.
I’m hoping to get by to see Geri today and do what I can to help lift her spirits. She will be moved back to the rehab section of a nursing home…her new home for the next few months….and not the ideal place for a hyper women that’s always been on the go. Enjoy the week-end!
Blessings….
