The shower for the twins was a hugh success and Scott and Allison got lots of nice things for the babies. Some of the things they got…several blankets, bibs, towels and wash cloths, humidifier, piggy banks, back packs, diaper bag, diapers, wipes, baby powder, baby oil, baby shampoo, sleepers, t-shirts, one outfit, mattress pad and sheet, and the two afghans I made for each one along with much more. There are more showers coming in January and I don’t know where she’ll put more stuff. They have been blessed with many gifts and lots of support. Turner and Neyland will be welcomed into this world in a big way.
We head for home early in the morning…we hope to be on the road by 6 a.m….and I would ask you pray for our safety. The weather should be good for traveling with no rain or snow, but cold of course. We’ve enjoyed our brief visit with Scott and Allison and the next time we see them will be when we get to welcome the newest members to our clan. Have a great week!
