Central KY was 7 inches behind in rain for the year and I bet we’re now ahead of what’s normal. We have had several inches of rain since yesterday and it’s currently raining quite hard. This will last through the night so there will be lots of flooding around. Nashville, Memphis, and Jackson, TN are all flooded. In fact, a lot of churches closed their doors today in those areas because of all the water and rain still coming down. I guess when you pray for rain, one shouldn’t be surprised that you get it! Thank you Lord, but could you save some of this for July or August?
We are doing well and nothing exciting is happening so I’m going to go and curl up with my book and enjoy the afternoon. We were suppose to have our life group toni9ght but it’s canceled due to rain issues. We had an amazing service this morning and the sermon really touched me…again, thank you Lord. Enjoy today and all this week.
